Dominick M. Bianco — Founder of TINMIS

Dominick Bianco is the founder of TINMIS, where he brings together more than a decade of experience building and operating technology, media, and data-driven ventures.

A United States Marine Corps veteran, Dominick’s path into entrepreneurship began with his military service in communications and electronics — a foundation that continues to shape his instinct for building reliable systems and his focus on emerging technology. That discipline, attention to detail, and mission-first mindset carry through everything he builds today.

Dominick is the Founder & CEO of Kubera Technology Holdings Corp., a holding company anchoring a diversified portfolio of digital businesses spanning artificial intelligence, media, financial research, reputation management, and detection technology. His ventures include DarkFlow.AI, a data intelligence and lead-generation platform; Ombra Group, which works in chemical, narcotics, and explosives detection equipment; Reputection, an online reputation management firm; and NexfinityNews.com, a veteran-owned independent news publication.

As Editor-in-Chief of NexfinityNews.com, based in Farmingdale, New York, Dominick leads accountability reporting and policy analysis across veteran affairs, financial markets, housing, and national policy.

Dominick is an active member of the Marine Corps League, AmVets, the National Writers Union, and the Society of Professional Journalists — affiliations that reflect his ongoing commitment to both the veteran community and the standards of independent journalism.

A proud Long Island native and small-business builder, Dominick is known for an operator’s approach: identifying gaps in fast-moving markets, building lean teams, and turning ideas into working products. As a veteran-owned entrepreneur, he places a high value on integrity, accountability, and service — principles that guide how he leads each of his companies.
